Natural and delicious

Here is the recipe for these vegan chocolate chip cookies that I made a while ago.

When you try them you will love them, they are tender on the inside, crunchy on the outside and they are delicious 😍😋🤎🍪

Ingredients (12 cookies of approx. 85g)

    🌱200g unsalted vegan butter
    🌱180g light or white brown sugar
    🌱85ml of soy drink with 1tbsp and 1/2 of white vinegar
    🌱2tsp vanilla aroma
    🌱400g plain flour or pastry flour
    🌱4g baking soda
    🌱170g chopped vegan dark chocolate
    🌱1/2tsp coarse salt
Elaboration
    🍪In a bowl, beat the butter, add the sugar and beat until combined.
    🍪Add the vanilla aroma, the soy drink with the vinegar and continue beating
    🍪Add the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Beat until the cookie dough is formed (a lumpy dough remains).
    🍪Add the chopped chocolate, salt and knead with your hands until there is a uniform dough.
    🍪Make dough balls of approximately 85/88g, wrap them with transparent film and store in the freezer for about 30 minutes or 1 hour in the refrigerator
    🍪Preheat the oven to 170°C
    🍪Take the cookies out of the freezer/refrigerator, remove the film and place them on a tray with baking paper (I put 4 or 5 cookies per batch)

    🍪Bake for 15/16 minutes at 170°C (up and down heat)
    🍪Once baked, let them cool on the tray for 5 or 10 minutes. And transfer them with a spatula to a rack to finish cooling.
