Here I leave you this rich and very easy to make recipe. Banana bread with chocolate chips. Moist and with a lot of flavor ๐๐ซ๐...

Ingredients (Rectangular mold 25cm)
- ๐3 ripe bananas (360g approx. purรฉe)
- ๐ฅ3 eggs
- ๐ฌ120g of brown sugar
- ๐ฅ1 tsp vanilla extract
- ๐ถ120ml of sunflower oil
- ๐พ200g of cake flour
- ๐ฅ18g of baking powder
- ๐ซ100g chocolate chips
Elaboration
- ๐Grease the mold and line the base and sides with baking paper (optional).
- ๐Put the bananas in a bowl and mash with a fork. Reserve
- ๐ซIn another bowl beat the eggs, add the sugar, vanilla essence and beat until you have a smooth cream
- ๐Add the oil and beat until it is incorporated
- ๐Add the bananas and beat again for a few minutes
- ๐ซIn a small bowl put the chocolate chips and add 1 tbsp of flour (from the 200g). Mix well and reserve
- ๐Add the flour together with the baking powder in two or three times. Mix with a manual whisk until no lumps remain. Add the chocolate chips. Mix to integrate
- ๐Pour the mixture into the mold and bake at 170ยฐC 38/40min. or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean and dry
- ๐ซLet it cool on a rack and enjoy!
Notes
- ๐ผTo prevent it from getting too brown, I cover it with a sheet of parchment paper for the last 10 minutes. This is optional.
- ๐ผYou can use mild olive oil, I did it with both oils and the flavor is just as rich!
It is an ideal recipe when you have overripe bananas at home and don't know what to do with them!! I guarantee you'll love it ๐๐
