🍞Make a ferment with warm milk, yeast, 2tbsp of flour (from the 500g) and 1tsp of sugar (from the 80g). Mix, cover with film and let it rest at room temperature for approximately 15/20min.
🍞In the bowl of the mixer, put the salt, the rest of the flour and sugar, the ferment, the eggs, the vanilla and the orange and lemon zest.
🍞Knead until everything is well integrated
🍞Add the butter and continue kneading until it is completely integrated, remove the dough from the machine and knead by hand on the counter until it is a smooth dough.
🍞Let it rest at room temperature until it doubles in size
🍞Degas the dough and divide into 50g portions. Bowl and let it ferment for approximately 20/25min.
🍞Heat the oil and fry over low heat
🍞Place them on absorbent paper and coat with sugar
🍞Make a cut with a knife or scissors and fill with whatever you like the most (Dulce de leche, Nutella, jam...)
Note
To bake them in the oven
🖌️Place them on a plate, let them ferment and paint with egg
♨️Bake at 180ºC for 15min. (heat up and down without fan). Before removing from the oven, prick with a toothpick and check that it comes out dry.
🪄Remove from the oven, let cool and sprinkle with icing sugar
