Easy and economic

Here I leave you this delicious recipe for Bread Pudding 🥖!! It is very easy to make and for me it is a dessert that reminds me a lot of my childhood! I used to do it when I was little, it was hard as a rock but I loved it hahaha 😍😋🧡. It's an inexpensive dessert, the preparation takes a short time although baking takes a little longer 🤗. But I assure you that the wait will be worth it!!! 😋😋🧡🥰

Ingredients: Pudding
    🥛700ml of milk
    🍶200ml whipping cream 38%FM
    🍭160g sugar
    🥖270g bread from the day before
    🥄Essence of vanilla or lemon zest 🍋 whatever you like best (I put a little of each)
Ingredients: Caramel
    🍬150g sugar
    💧6tbps of water
Elaboration
    🍬The first thing is to make the caramel with the indicated ingredients
    🍬Pour the caramel into the mold. Try to distribute well throughout the mold and let cool well. I used a 24cm Savarin mold
    🍮In a bowl put the bread cut into small pieces. Add milk and cream. Mingle
    🍮Add the sugar and the aromas (lemon zest, vanilla essence) mix well
    🍮In a small bowl, lightly beat the eggs and add to the bread mixture
    🍮Beat with the mixer for a minute to integrate all the ingredients well

    🍮Pour the mixture into the mold with the caramel and bake in a bain-marie at 170°C for 50/55min or until when inserted with a toothpick it comes out dry
    🍮Let cool completely in the mold, unmold and enjoy 😋🤗
