Easy and delicious

Recipe my way 😁, I hope you like it as much as I do

It's an easy, quick and delicious cake 💙🍫😋... plus, you won't need to use the oven 😲💙

Ingredients (Rectangular mold 24x18cm)

    🥣500g mascarpone
    🍯350g dulce de leche
    🍶100ml whipping cream
    🍪4 packages of chocolate cookies
    🥛Milk and cocoa to moisten the cookies
Elaboration
    💙Beat the mascarpone for a couple of minutes
    🍫Add the dulce de leche and beat until well combined.
    💙Add the cream and beat until there is a homogeneous cream.
    🍫Cover a tray or mold with film
    💙Mix the milk with the cocoa and start moistening the cookies by putting a first layer of cookies followed by a layer of cream. Repeat this process four times or as many times as desired (finish with a layer of cookies)
    🍫Cover with film. Let it rest for 6 hours in the refrigerator or overnight.
    💙Unmold carefully and decorate to taste

Note

    ✏️I put 6x3 cookies (18) for each layer
Decoration that I used (optional)
    🍫70g chocolate + 🍶120ml whipping cream
  • Chop the chocolate and add the hot cream. Mix well
  • Cover the surface of the cake with a thin layer of this ganache.
    🥣Cream for whipping (200ml) + 🍯Dulce de leche (80g) for finishing
  • Whip the cream
  • Add the dulce de leche and beat until smooth.
  • Place in a sleeve with a curly nozzle and make the finish that you like best.
    🍫Make chocolate chips and decorate
    🍪Finish decorating with cookie crumbs and whole or split cookies
