// Giant Banana, Chocolate and Dulce de Leche Cookie
Delicious and unique
I’m sharing this delicious giant banana cookie recipe with chocolate, filled with dulce de leche…
It’s a combination you’re going to love! 😋 I hope you get inspired to make it 🤗
Ingredients: 24cm Pan

- 🍌250g mashed bananas
- 🧈200g melted butter
- 🍭150g brown sugar
- 🥚1 egg (65g)
- 🥄8g baking powder
- 🥄2g baking soda
- 🥄1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 🌾400g 0000 flour or all-purpose flour (without leavening)
- 🧂A pinch of salt
- 🍫100g chocolate chips
- 🍯300g dulce de leche (mix 100g regular and 200g pastry dulce de leche)
Elaboration
- 🍌Mash the bananas with a fork and set aside.
- 🧈In a bowl, beat the melted butter with the sugar and vanilla until well combined.
- 🥚Add the egg and beat until the mixture thickens slightly.
- 🍌Incorporate the mashed banana and mix.
- 🌾Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and chocolate chips, and mix until the dough is well combined.
- 🥧Grease a pan and line the base with parchment paper.
- 🥣Divide the dough into two equal parts and place one half in the pan, forming a small border on the sides. Then, add a layer of dulce de leche and cover with the other half of the dough.

- ❄️Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- ♨️Preheat the oven and bake at 170°C (340°F) for 30 minutes.
- 💨Let it cool completely and unmold.
- 🍪Decorate as you like. I decorated it with chocolate, dulce de leche, and banana.

Notes
- You can also make 12 individual cookies:
- ✍️Make dough balls of approx. 95g, split them in half by hand, and make a small hole in the center of one half and place a teaspoon of previously frozen dulce de leche (optional). Join the halves and shape into balls firmly.
- ✍️Wrap the dough balls with plastic wrap and store in the freezer for 30 minutes or in the fridge for 1 hour. Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 16 minutes.
- ✍️If you don’t like dulce de leche, you can use Nutella or chocolate 🤎

Enjoy a delicious batch!! 🍪😋
