// Haunted halloween cupcakes

Pumpkin cupcakes 🎃 with mascarpone cream. They are juicy, with a lot of flavor and terrifyingly delicious 😋🤗🎃

Here is the recipe for you to have a scary Halloween 💀🎃

Ingredients (12 cupcakes)

🥚3 eggs @pazodevilane

🍭120g sugar

🌻110ml sunflower oil

🎃300g roasted pumpkin

☠️1 pinch of cinnamon

👻1 pinch of ginger

💀Vanilla essence to taste

🥣160g pastry flour

🥄10g baking powder @royal_postres

🥄4g baking soda

Elaboration

🔮Roast the pumpkin and mash

🧙‍Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture looks creamy

🔮Add the oil and beat until combined

🧙‍Add the pumpkin puree, mix with a spatula and add the cinnamon, ginger and vanilla (the amount is to taste)

🔮Add the flour along with the previously sifted beking powder and baking soda, mix until it is integrated and there are no lumps (if there are many lumps, beat for a couple of minutes)

🧙‍Pour the mixture into the cupcake cases and bake at 170°C for 18 minutes (heat up and down), before removing from the oven, prick with a toothpick and check that it comes out clean and dry.

Ingredients: Multicolor cream 💜🧡

🍶125ml vegetable cream

🍬40g icing sugar

🥛250g mascarpone

🥄1 tsp vanilla essence

🧡Orange coloring

💜Violet coloring

Preparation: Multicolor cream

💀Whisk the cream, when it thickens add the sugar, vanilla and continue beating until it forms.

🖤Add the mascarpone and beat until the cream is thick.

💀Divide the cream into two containers and add color (the ones you want to use)
