This Easter, don't settle for a typical egg 🙂‍↔️! Make the creamiest, easiest, and most delicious dessert of the year 🤤!

Lotus? Chocolate egg? Cheesecake? All in one! 🤩

Ingredients

  • 🍫2 chocolate Easter eggs (your choice) – I used one 130g and one 100g
Ingredients: For the Lotus cream
  • 🍯130g Lotus Biscoff cream
  • 🧀250g mascarpone cheese
  • 🍶200ml whipping cream (38% FM)
  • 🥄1 tsp vanilla essence
Ingredients: For the inside of the filling
  • 🤎6 crushed Lotus cookies
  • 🍯80g Lotus Biscoff cream
Ingredients: To decorate
  • 🤎Lotus biscuits (whole and crushed)
  • 🍯40g Lotus Biscoff cream
Elaboration
  1. 🔪Chop the eggs in half carefully so they don't break.
  2. 🥣In a bowl, beat the mascarpone with the Lotus cream and vanilla until combined.
  3. 🍶Add the chilled cream and continue beating until you get a soft, whipped cream.
  4. 🥄Fill the insides of the eggs; add a layer of Lotus cream, then a layer of cream cheese, add the crushed cookies, more Lotus cream, and finish with more cream cheese.
  5. 🍪Decorate with crushed cookies, whole cookies, and a little Lotus cream on top...
  6. ❄️Refrigerate for a while and serve cold!

The result... is simply BRUTAL Creamy, with texture and an incredible flavor 😋

Note

  • To make the Lotus Cream softer and easier to apply (both indoors and outdoors), microwave it for about 30 seconds. This way, it melts and spreads even more smoothly!
