// Orange cookies

Delicious and juicy

Very tender orange cookies with pieces of white chocolate 🧡🍊!! I leave you the recipe in case you dare to prepare them 😋🧡

Ingredients (6 cookies of 100g approx.)

🥣110g unsalted butter

🍭100g white sugar

🥚40g egg

🥄1tsp of orange aroma

🍊Zest and juice of 1/2 orange (eating orange)

🌾220g of plain flour or pastry flour

🥄6g baking powder

🥄3g baking soda

🍫120g chopped white chocolate @nestlepostres

Elaboration

🍊Beat the butter with the sugar until creamy

🍊Add the egg, aroma, zest and orange juice and continue beating

🍊Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda and beat until the cookie dough is formed

🍊Remove the dough from the mixer and add the chopped chocolate, mix with a spatula until the chocolate is integrated. There will be a slightly soft dough, it is normal. Let rest for 15 minutes in the fridge

🍊Make dumplings of about 100 g each. Roll well to make them firm (I grease my hands with vegetable oil, so it's easier to roll this dough)

🍊Wrap the balls with transparent film and store in the freezer for about 30 minutes or 1 hour in the fridge

🍊Preheat the oven to 170°C

🍊Get the cookies out of the freezer/fridge, remove the film and place them on a baking tray with oven paper.

🍊Bake the cookies for 16 min. at 170°C (heat up and down)

🍊Once baked, let them cool on the tray for 5 to 10 minutes. And pass them with a spatula to a grill so that they finish cooling 🤗

I used: white chocolate @nestlepostres

🧡70g of 🍫 for the white stripes

🧡30g of 🍫 with orange coloring for the orange stripes
