I made this delicious recipe with a cake that was drying out and, since nothing is thrown away at home, I took advantage of it for this pudding that I love 😋🥰…

It is an easy recipe and very pleasant to the palate. I hope you enjoy it

Ingredients: Pudding

    🥧350g orange cake
    🥛1L whole milk
    🍶200ml whipping cream
    🍭100g sugar
    🍊Peel of 1 orange
Ingredients: Caramel
    🍯150g sugar
    💧7tbsp of water
Elaboration
    🍯Make the caramel with the indicated ingredients
    🍯Pour the candy into the mold. Try to distribute well throughout the mold and let it cool well.
    🍮In a saucepan, infuse the milk with the orange peel, when it starts to boil, remove from the heat, strain and set aside.
    🍊In a bowl, beat the eggs a little with a whisk, add the sugar, the reserved milk and the cream. Mingle
    🍮Cut the cake and add to the previous mixture
    🍊Brush for a minute with the pimer to integrate all the ingredients well.
    🍮Pour the mixture into the previously caramelized mold, cover with aluminum foil and bake in a bain-marie at 170°C for 60 min. or until a toothpick or knife inserted comes out clean.
    🍊Let cool completely, refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight, unmold and enjoy 😋🤗

Note

    👩🏻‍🍳For this recipe I used a 24cm Savarin mold and two individual flan pans
    👩🏻‍🍳I used orange cake but you can use any flavor you want
    👩🏻‍🍳If you don't have leftover cake, you can make it with day-old bread or brioche
