Crunchy and soft at the same time

Here I share one of my favorite recipes 🤩 Crumble 😍!!! Since I learned how to make it (my way😅) I often do it with any fruit 🍓🍎🍍🍐, it seems ideal for a snack, breakfast or just for any occasion! 😋🧡 It's not complicated, you just need a little patience and desire to eat 😋

Ingredients

🥧Base and crumble

    -250g butter
    -240g icing sugar
    -2tsps vanilla essence
    -480g plain flour or pastry flour

🍑Filling

    -450g of homemade or bought peach jam (I made it homemade with red peach, but it is optional)
Elaboration
    🥧Beat the diced cold butter
    🥧Add the sugar and beat until it is well integrated
    🥧Add the yolks and vanilla. Shake
    🥧Add the sifted flour along with the baking powder. Beat, there will be a sandy dough, it is the dough of the crumble

    🥧Separate 350g of the total dough (crumble to cover)
    🥧Knead the rest of the dough until it is compact, if necessary add 1 or 2 tsps of milk
    🥧Grease and put baking paper in a 24cm square mold and cover with the dough (base and 2 or 3cm on the sides)

    🥧Pour the jam and cover with the reserved crumble dough (350g)

    🥧Bake at 170°C 33 min approx. heat up and down
    🥧Let cool and unmold

Note: You can put a little reserved crumble dough at the base of the dough before putting the jam. I usually do
