Here I share one of my many favorite recipes 😍 Strawberry Crumble 🍓!! It's an easy and very delicious recipe 😋❤️ I like to make this crumble in strawberry season and when I don't have cookies or cake left 😅... According to my husband, these are excuses to do it 🤣 that what I want is to eat strawberry crumble and I make excuses hahahaha 😅🤣

Ingredients: Dough for base and crumble (rectangular mold 28x7x19cm (Length/Height/Width))

    🥣190g butter
    🍭180g icing sugar
    🥄1tsp vanilla essence
    🌾360g plain flour or pastry flour
Ingredients: Filling
    🍓450g of homemade strawberry jam or store-bought (I made it homemade)

    🍓760g strawberries (cut and cleaned)
    🍬150g of sugar
    🥄1tsp of pectin
Elaboration: Strawberry jam
    🍓Put the cut strawberries and sugar in a saucepan and cook

    🍓Add the pectin when the jam begins to thicken
    🍓Cook to the desired point (I like it a little dense but not dry)

    🍓Let cool before using
    🍓If there is leftover, what will be leftover, store in a glass jar
Elaboration: Dough
    🥧Beat the cold diced butter
    🥧Add the sugar and beat until well integrated
    🥧Add the yolks and vanilla. Shake
    🥧Add the sifted flour along with the baking powder. Beat, there will be a sandy mass, it is the mass of the crumble

    🥧Separate 280g of the total dough (crumble to cover)

    🥧Knead the rest of the dough until it is compact, if necessary add 1 or 2 tablespoons of milk
    🥧Grease and put baking paper in a rectangular mold or the one you use and cover with the dough (base and 2cm on the sides)

    🥧Pour the jam (450g) and cover with the reserved crumble (280g)

    🥧Bake at 170°C for 30min approx. heat up and down

    🥧Let cool and unmold

Note

    You can put a little bit of reserved crumble dough at the base of the dough before putting the jam. I usually do it
