I bring you a recipe that I always make, but I wanted to try it with pastry cream and strawberry jam, and I found the combination delicious, it takes some time, but it's...😋😋😋😍🍓

Ingredients: Dough for base and crumble (24cm square mold)
    🧈250g butter
    🍭240g icing sugar
    🥄2tsp vanilla aroma
    🌾480g plain flour or pastry flour
Elaboration
    🥧Beat the cold butter cut into cubes
    🥧Add the sugar and beat until well combined.
    🥧Add the yolks and vanilla. Beat
    🥧Add the sifted flour along with the baking powder. Beat, it will be a sandy dough, it is the crumble dough
    🥧Separate 350g of the total dough (crumble for the topping)
    🥧Knead the rest of the dough until it is compact, if necessary add 1 or 2 tbsp of milk
    🥧Grease and put baking paper in the 24cm square mold. Cover with the dough (base and 2 or 3cm on the sides)
    🥧Pour the pastry cream, a layer of 350 or 400g of strawberry jam and cover with the reserved crumble dough (350g)
    🥧Bake at 170°C for approx. 30/35min. heat up and down
    🥧Let it cool well and unmold
Ingredients: Custard cream
    🥛750ml milk
    🍬180g sugar
    🌾75g cornstarch
    🥄1tsp vanilla
    🍶30g butter

Elaboration: Custard cream
    🌼In a saucepan, heat the milk with the vanilla aroma
    💛In a bowl, beat the yolks, sugar, cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of the milk that is being cooked with a hand mixer. Beat well so that there is a homogeneous mixture without lumps.
    🌼When the milk is about to boil, remove from the heat, pour into the yolk mixture. Mix well
    💛Strain, put the mixture in a saucepan and cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until the cream thickens and starts to boil.
    🌼Remove from the heat, add the butter, mix well and transfer to a bowl.
    💛Cover in cling-film so that it does not form a crust
    🌼Let cool completely before using
Ingredients: Strawberry jam
    🍓600g strawberries (cut and cleaned)
    🍬120g sugar
    🥄8g pectin
    🍋1tbsp lemon juice
    🥄A few drops of vanilla aroma
    Net weight approx. 450/500g
Elaboration: Strawberry jam
    🍓Put the cut strawberries and the rest of the ingredients in a saucepan and cook
    🍓Cook until desired doneness (I like it a little dense but not dry)
    🍓Let cool before using
